Muscle electrostimulation applied to biomechanics course

A fascinating online course oriented to the study of the biomechanics of our body, its movement patterns, joint stability, balance, proprioception, injuries (prevention and rehabilitation) and of course, how muscle electrical stimulation becomes a super useful tool available to trainers and physiotherapists in their kinesiological applications.

All the analysis, study, and development of practical cases will be always carried out, as it characterizes our formations, in the double aspect, physical preparation on the one hand, and of health, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation on the other hand.

Of course, once again we will work with the different types of electric muscle stimulator (analytical like Compex or Chattanooga and with full body EMS, known as electrofitness vests)
