E vamos tratar de se explicar&#8230;\r\n\r\nO treinamento com eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o muscular por si mesmo produz uma resposta card\u00edaca muito baixa, n\u00e3o sendo suficiente em sujeitos ativos para produzir adapta\u00e7\u00f5es positivas. Daqui se deduz duas coisas:\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>A eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o muscular n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais que um complemento ao treinamento de resist\u00eancia<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Para melhorar o estado de sa\u00fade das pessoas o treinamento s\u00f3 com a eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seria suficiente<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nMas isto quer dizer que a eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ajuda ao rendimento geral de uma pessoa no contexto de resist\u00eancia ao esfor\u00e7o? Claro que sim, ajuda.
