{"id":20877,"date":"2018-06-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-06T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myox.fit\/eletroestimulacao-muscular-estabilidade-core\/"},"modified":"2023-12-23T03:40:25","modified_gmt":"2023-12-23T02:40:25","slug":"eletroestimulacao-muscular-estabilidade-core","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myox.fit\/pt\/eletroestimulacao-muscular-estabilidade-core\/","title":{"rendered":"ELETROESTIMULA\u00c7\u00c3O MUSCULAR E ESTABILIDADE DO CORE"},"content":{"rendered":"O trabalho com eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o muscular nos permite desfrutar de in\u00fameras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, sempre baseadas em dois princ\u00edpios b\u00e1sicos:\r\n<h2>1- <strong>Aumento no recrutamento de motor<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<h2>2-<strong> Biofeedback,<\/strong> para induzir contra\u00e7\u00f5es musculares em que o sujeito n\u00e3o \u00e9 capaz de produzi-las sozinho ou melhor\u00e1-las.<\/h2>\r\nMas, para que o trabalho com eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o seja orientado adequadamente para o prop\u00f3sito desejado, devemos controlar os par\u00e2metros el\u00e9tricos; neste post <strong>vamos nos concentrar no trabalho de estabilidade do core.<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de par\u00e2metros el\u00e9tricos:<\/li>\r\n \t<li>FREQU\u00caNCIA: Neste caso queremos melhorar a estabilidade da \u00e1rea abdominal, que depende principalmente da fibra de t\u00f4nica, ent\u00e3o temos de trabalhar entre 10 e 30 Hz importante ressaltar que, se as exig\u00eancias de estabilidade foram a situa\u00e7\u00f5es repentinas e poderosas poderia ser um combate de jud\u00f4 seria conveniente para desenvolver exerc\u00edcios espec\u00edficos com frequ\u00eancias superiores a 80 Hz (for\u00e7a m\u00e1xima) ou mesmo al\u00e9m de 100 Hz (pot\u00eancia).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>CRONAXIA: dada a \u00e1rea a trabalhar lhe corresponde a uma Cronaxia m\u00e9dia de 300 us.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>INTENSIDADE: depende o objetivo, o m\u00e1ximo toler\u00e1vel se procurarmos o m\u00e1ximo recrutamento motor ou intensidades moderadas se quisermos trabalhar com qualidade t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao arranjo dos eletrodos:<\/li>\r\n \t<li>COLOCA\u00c7\u00c3O ANALITICAS : polo positivo e negativo dispon\u00edvel de um circuito no mesmo m\u00fasculo, que poderia estimular seletivamente o reto abdominal, o obl\u00edquo maior ou menor.
