Deixamos aqui uma pequena postagem no blog com algumas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas aos par\u00e2metros el\u00e9tricos a serem usados:\r\n\r\n&#8211; A frequ\u00eancia de impulso ideal para este trabalho \u00e9 de 75 Hz.\r\n\r\n&#8211; Tempo de contra\u00e7\u00e3o, considerando um assunto treinado e tem feito um progresso adequado com eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o muscular, de 6 a 8 segundos de contra\u00e7\u00e3o seria ideal porque n\u00f3s permitir a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o simult\u00e2nea das fases exc\u00eantrica pulso el\u00e9trico. Eu recomendo ler o seguinte tutorial: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myox.fit\/pt\/excentrico-eletroestimulacao-muscular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.myox.fit\/pt\/excentrico-eletroestimulacao-muscular\/<\/a>\r\n\r\n&#8211; O tempo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, pensou sobre um assunto que come\u00e7a ou em um assunto avan\u00e7ado com o qual queremos que a for\u00e7a gerada nas contra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 mantida ao longo do tempo (evitar a fadiga) ir\u00e1 trabalhar com uma densidade de 1\/2, ou seja, o dobro de descanso aquele de impulso. Em est\u00e1gios avan\u00e7ados, onde estamos interessados \u200b\u200bem adicionar componentes de fadiga, podemos trabalhar com densidades de 1\/1 e mesmo de 2\/1.\r\n\r\n&#8211; No restante pode jogar com tr\u00eas frequ\u00eancias poss\u00edveis: 3 a 5 Hz por liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de endorfina (reduzir a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de dor), 8 Hz para vascularizar (nutrientes e acidez reduzida muscular) e 0 Hz (repouso absoluto).\r\n\r\nE, bem, em termos dos formatos que temos hoje da eletroestimula\u00e7\u00e3o muscular; EMS Global ou anal\u00edtico?\r\n\r\nSe voc\u00ea quer o m\u00e1ximo desenvolvimento de um grupo muscular, sem d\u00favida, anal\u00edtico.
